Cute but you have to punch out
The film strip looked great... once we punched out all those tiny rectangles on the edges and the larger ones in the middles. That took some serious time before we could hang it....Read complete review
The film strip looked great... once we punched out all those tiny rectangles on the edges and the larger ones in the middles. That took some serious time before we could hang it. The back was white, so we had to make sure that all filmstrip used was flat against something.

We are having a prom with a Hollywood award theme. This film roll was perfect for decorating our lighted pillars. We glued silver foil on the back to add the glitz. Great value, we are a small school with a tight budget and we checked every website before we ordered from this company. Best value by far! The only downside to this product was having to remove some of the cutouts. They were cut but not all the way through. That took some time, but we love this product and would highly recommend it. Its also sturdy enough for us to pack away and reuse sometime.

The border was great once I got it up. It does not, however, arrive the way it appears in the picture. Every hole ("frame") has to be punched out by hand -- the big ones in the center as well as the small perforations on both edges. Very time consuming and messy, so be prepared.

this film roll is perfect, it was a star of the evening, perfect for hollywood/ movie night theme. I taped pictures inside the openings, you can use the black punch out part too to make it easier. It was easy to use, easy to roll up and transport, and it looked awesome with pictures on the wall. It flexible but strong, so you can hang it on the wall, around the doorway, or cut it in different pieces. you can't find something like this anywhere else!!

Used this for my brother's 50th birthday. It was a bit of work to punch out all little cutouts, but very well worth it! It looked awesome! I added my own backing using shiny black wrapping paper because my pictures weren't big enough, then taped the pics to that. I did it at my home and brought it to my brother's house -- it traveled very well also. FYI: it's about 60 squares on each roll.

I used this film strip roll everywhere to decorate for my Golden Age of Hollywood Halloween Party. It helped to set the PERFECT mood.
Only con is when it arrives the roll is solid with all the film strip openings perforated. Takes time to push out the unwanted cardboard. But I would do it again in a heart beat.
