I lined the ballroom walls with 5x15ft panels of Metallic Silver Gossamer for my daughter's HUGE sweet 16. It totally changed the feel of the room and allowed me to transform this old ballroom into fun club-like room the teens LOVED. I also used hot pink gossamer on the ceiling for a little color.

I used this fabric for a stage backdrop for a 1920's - 40's Jazz Club singer & band. It worked great but the picture showed it much more shiney than it was. I pleated it to get a more solid look but would have liked it better had it been less sheer.

I used the gossamer to decorate a "Diamond White Party," it was the perfect touch. Just enough sheen for that bling effect. Classy!

We used this gossamer as "flooring" for our MOON and STARS display during a
masquerade party. We put silver balloons under the sheeting to give it more depth and height. It was so beautiful and everyone loved it!

I was not able to use due to the width. Much smaller then I realized. I will try and use at another event. Double the width would be ideal.

Q:
I am planning on using the city theme you have on your site. I have 6-60in tables I am using, how much would I need? I would like to use the thunder grey that was used in the picture, but it is not even on the list of colors. Would Metallic silver work? What was used to keep the gossamer on the table?Asked on 4/16/2012 by Melissa from Nappanee, IN1 answer
A:
How much you will need will depend on how long you wish for it to hang over the table. The gossamer can be held on by the centerpiece in the table as weight or you could use double sided sticky tape as well.Answered on 4/18/2012 by CSR
Q:
I'm a Wedding Planner & I have a bride who is on a tight budget. She wants a backdrop for picture taking because the Photo booth is not in her budget. I saw this product but i'm not sure how to hang it/make it stay up on the wall. I'm use to working with items already adhered to the wall/cieling and then drap your items. Can you tell me the best way to hang/drape this like a curtain and the best adhesive materials to do this with?
Thanks,
Wedding PlannerAsked on 3/26/2012 by Anonymous from Massachusetts1 answer
A:
Gossamer is a fabric similar to a dryer sheet. It can be secured to the wall with tack pins or taped or simply draped around curtain rods or something similar. If using against something dark you'll need to double or even triple the gossamer to cover the background.Answered on 3/27/2012 by csr
Q:
