this is a thin, plastsic sheet that you have to cut apart. very time intensive. that said, they cling to walls and windows without any adhesive, so once you cut them apart they are easy to position. they are sort of small, but i decorated a very large breakroom at work and they were sufficient for the money.

Just so you know, all items are flat pieces of flexible plastic material (just like the description says). The items that LOOK like they are the paper fold-outs are NOT. Everything is 2-dimensional and flat. Colors are bright and cheery. But, I just don't want anybody else to be confused about what you are getting.

Great value for what you get. Can post the cutouts on posts, windows and walls. You do need to cut everything yourself, but all shapes come on a clear material so you don't need to be concerned about being too detailed.
