      I used these for my "Cruisin' into Retirement" party this weekend. They fit perfectly into the nautical theme of the party. Two out of the four of them arrived with the "balloon pin" very loose. They pulled right out of the base. I super-glued them in, and they worked great. Not a biggie, so I didn't remove a star for it, but check them out before you use them!!

              I do apologize for the confusion. The preserver and base is 3.75 inches tall x 3 inches wide. Wire w/ holder is 2 inches tall.
