We got this for a Mardi Gras party that was unfortunately cancelled, and so had to return this. However, for the price, it was a good value and looked nice. It is definitely a throw-away paper/cardboard item, though - but it did not look cheap. It is perfectly fine for a birthday party, or casual party. However, if you are trying to outfit a "royalty" for a dance or event, perhaps going more high-end would be better.

We used the crowns for prom. The only complaint I have is that the fabric was not all secured and I had to tuck in some of the edges. Other then that, it was a HIT!

We were having a prince/princess ball. I was hoping that my grandson won and he did. He loved his crown and it was a little big but I stuffed it before he was crowned and it fit perfectly. He has it on his dresser along with his trophy and he wears it to show all our guest. He is so proud of his crown and I thought it was great and especially the price.

The crowns were used for crowning the King and Queen of our Boxer club. (Boxers, as in the dog breed) The colors were very vivid!!! Only wish there could have been an elastic chin strap, But that was something that was easily fixed. We will be ordering them every year!!!!
