The boards are very thin and flimsy but they are also colorful and great to have as a party decoration. I added the name of the birthday girl and hubby with precut letters and that was a lot of fun. Great for a flat wall

I have planned to staple these to a 1"x1" board and then stake them in the ground... but my husband was afraid I would hit a water line for our sprinkler system. So I compromised and taped them to a window behind the birthday cake along with the jointed palm tree. It turned out AWESOME. I'm glad I went with plan B. I put them away and will definitely use them again! The photo is a little blurry, but you get the idea!

product was flimsier than expected, but good for the price. It looked a little brighter in the photo, but will work great as a wall decoration or a hanging decoration. Also worked great as a template for the bakery to make our surfboard wedding cake.

Purchased for beach-themed party. Didn't have anywhere to set it up but it was cute. Would've preferred it to have been sturdier so it could stand alone or stand leaning against a chair like a real surfboard might, but we ended up not using it anyway. It was cute but didn't work for us.
