Add the Hot Pink Neon Latex Balloons to your party supplies. The Neon Hot Pink Latex Balloons are 11 inches and come in packages of 100.Neon balloons are not blacklight sensitive and do not glow in the dark.
Latex Balloon Instruction
All latex balloons are helium quality with the exception of our 5 inch balloons and will arrive uninflated. When inflating latex balloons with air or helium we recommend inflating until the balloon has a tear drop shape. Be careful not to under-inflate (round in shape) or over-inflate (pear shaped) for maximum flying times. Latex balloons can be sealed by knotting, tying the balloon neck or using our one of our balloon closures.
Latex Balloon Flying Time:
- 9 inch latex balloons will fly approximately 12 to 16 hours when filled with helium.
- 11 inch latex balloons will fly approximately 18 to 24 hours when filled with helium.
- 36 inch latex balloons will fly approximately 3 to 5 days when filled with helium.

We used this in my daughters sweet 16. We had a black and hot pink theme. We had a tent with black light and these balloons. They glowed when close to the black light.

Can you blow these balloons up the day before and still have them be in good shape and able to float the next day? We are thinking of using these instead of bubbles or rice at our daughter's wedding and know that we will not have time to blow them up the day of the wedding. Latex balloons MUST be inflated the day of the event and if Hi-Float is used the balloons will stay inflated for a longer period of time. We do not recommend inflating latex balloons any more than 3-4 hours before the event is to take place.Answered on 12/23/2011 by csr
