Delivery was very prompt. My product was shipped in great condition but not received that way, UPS decided a tire was a good place for my boxes! I was sent another one out immediately. I would buy from this company again and again.

It was an attractive display but hard to assemble the balloon part of the arches. It took several people hours to inflate and tie the arranged balloons in the pattern needed. Good Value for the price. You may want to get some sort of helium additive that keeps the balloons up longer. Ours lasted about 7 or 8 hours and started to fall before midnight.
