Mylar Balloon Instruction
All mylar balloons are helium quality and shipped to you flat without helium. Mylar balloons are easily inflated through the small opening or "tail" on each balloon. These balloons are self-sealing so as soon as you remove the nozzle from the balloon, the balloon will seal. Properly filled mylar balloons are tight with uniform creases along the outer seams. Additionally, a mylar balloon might appear deflated in cold temperatures but will fill out normally when returned to room temperature.
Our 4 inch star balloons require heat sealing to ensure a substantial float time. Heat sealers may be purchased at local discount or craft stores.
Mylar Balloon Fly Times:
- 18 inch mylar balloons will fly for approximately 3 to 5 days when inflated with helium.
- 20 inch star balloons will fly for approximately 3 to 5 days when inflated with helium.
- 36 inch star balloons will fly for approximately 10 days when inflated with helium.

I used these balloons as the main centerpiece focal point on each table surrounded by other balloons and these sure made it fantastic! The size and gold color were so pretty with the other balloons. all 12 tables looked like they should have been in Hollywood!

These looked just like the picture. I used them for a centerpiece at a middle school sit-down dinner. I purchased 13 and 2 lost helium quickly. They were left barely hovering above the table. It didn't look that bad, but thought this should not have happened. They were filled at a very experienced party store, so think the helium loss was more due to the balloon rather than the filling. Overall, very nice and worked for a centerpiece floating about 3 ft above the table.

What can I say, we had a Hollywood B-day party for my 11 year old princess. She loves dressing up, anything gold or shiny, and yes she is the star--sooo, the balloon capped it all off-it fit our theme, was gold and shiny and shaped like a star. The quality is good and it's still floating high around the house a week after the party.
