Superbowl 2013 was in New Orleans this year! We hosted a dinner party and decided to decorate the food & guest tables by throwing team colored mardi gras beads out on the table along with megaphones and pompoms! Was a real hit!

These beads were a hit at our 49er Super Bowl party! We placed a few scattered over the table as a decoration, then the rest in a big bowl for everyone to help themselves. EVERY SINGLE person, child or adult, were decked out with the beads we bought red, gold, and silver. Didn't notice any necklaces that were broken, they all seemed to be in perfect condition. The only thing is, the actual beads are smaller than I expected, and the necklace is 18", which was also shorter than anticipated. Nonetheless, they were a hit! Will definitely buy them again in different colors for different child AND adult parties!

These have been very popular for our school cheerleading team to sell at our games as "spirit beads." I have ordered them several times now and we continue to sell out each season. They're great for throwing into the stands and can also be customized by hanging little cardboard school spirit trinkets from them. All in all a great purchase.
