Great frame, but the backing was not very secure and adding the picture sometimes loosened the glue sticking the plastic "glass" to the back.

    Can you add our photo manually after we get the frame or does the picture have to be uploaded? If uploaded is the photo part of the frame...don't understand how that would work.

      A:

      You do not upload any photo for our frames. You add the item to your shopping cart and a customization screen will appear for you to enter your text. When you receive the frames, each recipient adds THEIR own photo.
