Use the Glow Stars Around Balloons to line a walkway, centerpiece or just to fill the room with a glow. Glow Star Balloons are best activated by UltraViolet (UV) light. Sunlight is the best source for charging the products, but most light sources will do. The brightness and duration of the glow is a function of the time spent charging.Latex Balloon Instruction
All latex balloons are helium quality with the exception of our 5 inch balloons and will arrive uninflated. When inflating latex balloons with air or helium we recommend inflating until the balloon has a tear drop shape. Be careful not to under-inflate (round in shape) or over-inflate (pear shaped) for maximum flying times. Latex balloons can be sealed by knotting, tying the balloon neck or using our one of our balloon closures.
Latex Balloon Flying Time:
- 9 inch latex balloons will fly approximately 12 to 16 hours when filled with helium.
- 11 inch latex balloons will fly approximately 18 to 24 hours when filled with helium.
- 36 inch latex balloons will fly approximately 3 to 5 days when filled with helium.

We used these at our Jr. Prom, our theme was a starry night. We strung them on the walls and also just put some on the floor. The kids loved them. You do have to have the room pretty dark to see them though or you could use black lights.

We made the mistake of blowing up the baloons without the hi-float the night before the event at 6 p.m. By noon the next day, they were laying on the table. We had extra, but had to purchase a new tank of helium and start over at 9 p.m. before the 11:00 start time!
