Comments:
I ordered the disco ball as a birthday gift for our granddaughter's 7th birthday party. For some reason, she has gone disco-crazy! I had the gift shipped directly to her in advance of the party, so that her parents would have time to install it. It was PERFECT - way larger than it looked in the photo. Very authentic. Definitely get the motor to go with it. We, and more importantly, the birthday girl, were thrilled with this product!

Great value compared to price in party store! We just used white Christmas lights and hung the balls so it was very pretty! Next time I would buy the motor to turn it though.

Got it on sale, so the price was right, well worth the money. But, the description should STRESS that you need to get a spinning device because it does not spin on it's own, and the party doesn't start until the ball is spinning!!

Does this have to be hung from the ceiling to function with a motor, or can it be set on a table top. We cannot hang items at our party site, so we need one that will work on a flat surface instead. Thank you.Asked on 7/19/2011 by Anonymous1 answer

This is a glass mirror ball, therefore it will not sit on any flat surface. It is made to be hung. It does not need to have a motor attached, but could simply hang from a doorway, etc.Answered on 7/20/2011 by csr
