      This Pinata I would like to use it as a Wishing Well, can it be hallow from the inside, I know pinatas are made out of bamboo. Can the bamboo from the inside be Eliminated to make it ready for a wishing well for placing money envelopes?

        I'm sorry but pinatas are NOT made of bamboo, they are simply made from cardboard and that is how they are easily broken open with kids beating them.
