Next to the item number where you add the product to your shopping cart there is a production time listed for personalized items. Banners are currently on a 3 business day production time frame and once the banner ships from our warehouse location, standard ground shipping is 3-5 business days unless you choose to upgrade to a 2 day or overnight delivery.Answered on 10/26/2011 by csr
