I use these cardboard flowers in my dance classes with pre-schoolers. They like to pretend they are butterflies visiting the flowers. The children really enjoy them this way. They are also good for teaching children to identify colors. The only downside is that the flowers become damaged after more than 10 activities because they must be taped and re-taped to a wall.

I'm hosting a food stop for a bicycle event tomorrow. The flowers arrived and only have color on one side. Two of the flowers were damaged. Because I really didn't have time to send back the order,I repaired them with duct tape. It appears that they were shipped damaged - that whoever punched them out, didn't take care. I ended up buying gold spray paint and painted the back sides. I also hole punched them and fed fishing line through the hole. I plan to use cable ties to attach them to the canopies tomorrow.

They were just a tad smaller than I thought they would be. But they look great. Attaching them to the wall took some doing. They are not flat as I thought they would be, they are corregated cardboard, but light. They really pop off the wall and add a lot of fun to the room.
