What was sent me was not like the picture at all! It turned out being a very fine, thin netting--not a solid looking material. We will have to layer it at least 3 times to get enough color for our decorating!

      A:

      Netting will not "cover" backgrounds because of it being see-thru. Netting is used to create drapes, bows, etc.
