Service and delivery comments:
Wrong labels delivered initially. Called customer service and spoke with Megan. She was pleasant and extremely helpful and apologetic for the error. She immediately put in an order for a replacement to be shipped overnight with no further charges to me. Appreciated the extra effort on her part. She even indicated that she would call the person whose order I received in error to make it right with them as well. Nice to have someone so willing to help and to just have good customer service! Not easy to find these days, unfortunately! Received correct labels next day. Thanks again!
