This colorful bright flag pennant was the perfect touch for my daughter's Carnival/Circus party. I used it as part of the circus decoration. It was hung as an X underneath the circus tent I created. I also used it on the roof of a snack stand we had and on top of game booths. It looked amazing!

We used these to decorate outdoor tents for a birthday party. They were very easy to tie and they held up for the whole party. I should be able to use them again and again. it was a colorful way to add deco outside with minimal effort. And they were cheap!!
