                How quickly can you ship a personalized banner, maybe the smaller one? I would need it March 21st. Would I incur rush charges? Thanks!

                  Production time is currently 2 business days. Ground transit time is 3-5 business after that so depending on your location and when you place the order, you may need to upgrade to recieve by March 21st.
