I purchased four of these lamps as accent pieces to the entry and as stage decoration for a gala event entitled "Central Park at Midnight." The design was very elegant, though two of the four had construction flaws, which rendered them rather wobbly. Easily fixed by replacing the connector screw with a larger one. Also, the size is misstated. It is actually about 57" and NOT 5'10".
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
