    Hi

    I'm interested in ordering about 60 of the Elvis Blue Hawaii Personalized Playing Cards (in a tin with personalized text). It's for a surprise birthday party we are planning in second week in November. I was just wondering on average how much time you will need to produce that quantity and have it shipped. I am in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
