White Cord
6 Inch Square Cardboard

Instructions

1. Tape cord to one end of cardboard
2. Pull cord across cardboard and hold
3. Wrap entire roll of tulle around tied end of cardboard
4. Tie a loose bow with cord
5. On untied end, cut tulle
6. Then retie cord into a tight knot
7. Fluff as needed
