1. Line baking sheet with wax parchment paper. Press straws into center of marshmallows.
2. Melt white chocolate and pink melting chocolate morsels in 2 smalls, uncovered, microwaved-safe bowls according to package directions; STIR. Morsels may retain some of their original shape.
3. Dip marshmallows into melted morsels; shake off excess. Sprinkle with white sprinkles, coconut or sugar. Place on lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
4. Tie with satin ribbon.
5. Wrap in cellophane or decorative bags and tie closed to reserve freshness.
