No. I'm sorry but this particular item requires 20 business days for productiion. This would mean that these Debossed Bracelets would not ship until the 22nd of May and then you would have your standard shipping of 3-5 business days after that unless you upgrade your shipping. We do not charge set-up fees. We have price points for the debossed bracelets if you are wanting to order a large quantity, however if you are only wanting to order 100 of each style/color/design you will be paying the price point for qty of 100.Answered on 8/15/2011 by csr
