Comments:
We use Poly Vinyl every year for the background walls of our Prom decorations. Although this was described as Dark Blue and appeared to be more navy than royal we were disappointed by the brighter color. We hope in dim light it will give the impression of night sky.

Quick and reasonably affordable product to create a backdrop. The dark blue was pretty, but I was expecting it to be slightly darker.

Comments:
The theme for Vacation Bible School was related to being "overboard" and under water. The blue 12' poly vinyl draped on the church hallway walls made the perfect backdrop for sea creatures and plant life (We cut the width in half easily off the roll and it covered twice the 100' distance!). The children (and adults) were literally immersed in the feeling.
