Our monster pop ups are made of plastic with metal springs and suction cups. Each set contains one dozen pop up favors. Used these to entertain the kids at a family get together, not all of the pop ups worked. Some wouldn't stay down and others would pop up right away, of the 12 about 4 worked well. At least they weren't expensive.
