A jpeg image is what you should have. You can do all of this directly from your computer as we do not want photos or images "sent in". You would go ahead and add the item to your shopping cart and when you get to the design field on the customization screen you will add the numbers 000. Go ahead and enter your personalization on the line/lines provided unless it's included in your jpeg image. Complete the checkout process and immediately email our customer service department with your order number in the subject line and attach your jpeg.
