I bought these to put on wine bottles for my father-in-law's 80th. birthday to give out as partying gifts for the guests. The quialiy is better than I could have ever thought. It is a strong, durable plastic that was so good that even when I placed it on a little crooked I pulled it off to replac it and it went on as smooth as the first time. It truly is a great product and the price is also great. I bought these for my mom's party a few years back and I will certainly buy them again. I don't have one bad thing to say about them. The guests also loved them!
