Our company ordered approximately 330 tile ceramic coasters with our branding on it for an employee banquet. The item was used as a table decoration and take away for the employee. Although the coasters were individually wrapped, we had approximatley 13 that were chipped/broken in some form or fashion. A few of them we could doctor up with a black sharpie since our background on the coaster was black; however, others were broken beyond repair. This prevented us from being able to provide everyone (including those that hosted the benefit) to have one. We ordered an extra 10 above our headcount thank goodness, but it still was an issue. I'm not sure what we could do better going forward vs. ordering earlier and inspecting so we could get replacements prior to our event. Overall, we were satisfied with the product, just upset that some were broken upon receipt.
