The product itself was good, my problem had to do with the confusion regarding the advertising. I thought the wording "Congratulations" was part of the basic banner. I'm co-hosting a party and did not want to include the names, I just wanted the banner as it appeared online. I was surprised to receive a blank banner. I feel that I spent a good amount of time in researching the items I purchased.
