I didn't know that the string of lights connected on each end. I use then for liquor bottle lamps, so I just cut of the connected end and put eletrical tape around the end. Works great!!

Love'd the lights but doesn't twinkle - when I switched the bulbs out it only flashes. Still gave a great effect though.

What colors are included in the multi? I've been having a hard time finding lights that are just red, blue, green, with either gold or white. They are all red, pink, blue, green or teal, yellow, gold some with purple some without.
