This product was used during a Sweet 16 Surprise party and I would recommend using with mature audiences. Construction was easy but time consuming. All materials were included. We did not like how the white labeling stickers were placed on the black fronts, but they were removed easily (again, time consuming). Was a little disappointed that the "lighted" portion of the description turned out to be just holiday lights with no color as pictured and how the middle section of the buildings did not line up. It was a substancial setting and overall, became the main decoration.
