Our Poodle Scarf is made of a cotton blend and is 5 inches x 60 inches. The fifties scarf comes in both white and black. The poodle scarf (HWCPDS) is not intended for children under 12.

This is a great little skirt made of heavy felt for the money. The only thing is it has an elastic waste, but that is what is keeping the price down. Great deal. My 7yr is so excited to wear this on 50s day at school.
