I used this product for a high school 50th class reunion. I spray painted the letters one of our high school colors (medium blue). We used 2-3 coats of paint for a good, rich color. I used a silver sprinkle glue stick to out line the letters. The were used on a fireplace mantle and on a back drop of a buffet table at a country club. It saved me from drawing and cutting out letters - didn't have the tools to do the job. This was very time saving, very good value for the money. [...]

Bought these for our 3A Poms Team that is going to the Nationals to show our support in the stand. They would be great just as they came in white but we decided to paint them in our school colors. So sturdy that we will be able to use for many, many events. Well worth the $$$.

We used the letters for our HOLLYWOOD Prom and they looked great as a backdrop on an upper balcony. They remind us of the same type of lettering on the Hollywood hills in California - a perfect way of setting the stage for our theme.

Was able to paint orange, would have purchased black Corex (more durable cheer letters), but they didn't offer all of the letters I needed which seems strange. But the cardboard letters will be used inside and are perfect for my purpose.
