The banner looks really nice, it was exactly how it's pictured, there were no surprises, we got what we ordered. I am using it for my sister's bridal shower. I will probably tell my sister to order my bridal shower banner from here too.

Your jpg photo must be 1MB resolution and no more than 6MB. You may need to delete your cookies and close out of the website and re-enter. Our banners are direct to print which means you would upload directly from your computer onto our site and customize the banner as you wish. We never actually see your photo personally until it is printed. If you are still having issues getting your photo to upload please contact our customer service department Mon-Fri 7am-9pm EST.Answered on 1/10/2011 by csr
