We are using the vests for a circus theme event. I was so excited at the quality of the product when I opened the package. I was expecting a paper vest, but they are a nice plasic coated webbed material. Bright and colorful our staff will be easy to spot at this event!

The vests look cute, but they are made very small. they didn't fit anyone at our party. I thought the quality could be a bit better, but not bad for the price. Overall, worked well. just wish they were bigger
