Purchased this for child's birthday/pool party. We hung it on the fence. It rained and of course weather did NOT affect the banner at all! And with the rivets, holding it in place, wind didn;t affect it either! It was a GREAT hit with all the childrem never having seen anything like it before. It made the PERFECT background for pictures with all the children standing in front of the banner for picture memories! Everyone at the party wanted to know where I purchased so they could purchase for the special occasions, too!
