Comments:
I purchased these for our school ice cream social and filled them with helium. We used about 50, and just one was defective. They were a bit pricey compared to plain balloons I could have purchased locally, but I could not resist the festive star design in our school colors blue/white. I plan to use the remaining 50 for our school 8th grade graduation in June.
