We used them to hold groups of balloons together around the room. I bought several in this color and black. It was used in a star wars themed party and they worked really well. I picked up an extra balloon weight from a local store and it was junk as the paper came off it was just a rock inside. This one was so much more durable and attractively designed with a metallic like shininess to them. We actually recieved several comments about people wondering where we had gotten them. Worked perfectly for out party.

We used these to hold our balloons in place and to keep them from floating upwards towards the ceiling. They shimmered in the candlelight and w ere beautiful. My daughter's Sweet 16 went perfectly thanks to [...] and all the party decorations! People were talking about how it was the best party ever! Will definitely order from [...] in the future. They did have a tendency to come apart at the seams but were easy to put back together.
