Our Blue Bear Double Bubble Balloon is a unique stretchy plastic balloon with a baby bear design. Each baby boy plastic bubble balloon measures 24 inches and is decorated on all sides. All double bubble balloons come packaged with a moisture pack to prevent the balloon from drying out. These plastic bubble balloons stretch like a latex balloon, but look more like a beach ball once they are inflated. Our Blue Bear Double Bubble Balloon may be used to create colorful centerpieces by adding coordinating colored latex balloons, curling ribbon and a balloon weight for any baby shower or welcome home event.
