I was a little disappointed. The headline is accurate. These candles "twinkle." I had hoped that the product description that they were sparklers would be true. In my case, it was not. They burned like regular candles with an occasional burst of spark. Nice enough, just not what I hoped for.

I used these for my 50th birthdaty party cake...they were very nice. They were packaged very well, came unbroken which was my biggest concern!! They sparkled and light very nice!!Loved that Black was available, couldn't find them any where else so this was great. All my friends commented on them and thought they were very cool!

These fun candles give off a lot MORE than a soft sparkle. They are very festive like a Fourth of July sparklers. With 56 on one cake - they dripped wax and ash little more than I expected, but the effect was worth it.
Everyone loved them.
ALSO - not mentioned in the item description -
They relight themselves. So once they are blown out - they light back up on their own. Surprise!!!! Great for adults and teens.
