Fringe is used to cover up the bottom of the float, disguising the mechanisms to give the impression the trailer is floating. Make colorful parade floats with this shiny fringe. Each section of the Black Metallic Fringe has a white band around the top.

      Strange thing is that I ordered two. One had a double layer of fringe and the other single. Not sure If I got ripped off on the one or got a bonus on the other. I used it to add "palms" to the tops of glitzy palm trees. It worked well.
