My husband & I hosted our first annual Oktoberfest and we loved the idea of having a banner to hang as an addition to our Oktoberfest decorations. First impression, this price is right and the customer service was helpful and fast. We contacted them shortly after submitting our order to ensure the photo would not be pixilated as the "proof" via email was not large enough to tell. They responded via email within hours. Upon receiving our banner, I was impressed with the quality of the vinyl as well as the reinforced holes to hang. Although, we used putty on the back as we didn't want permanent nail holes in our walls and it worked like a charm not damaging the banner at all. I will order this product again for sure. You can't beat the quality/price and customer service experience. If you're on the fence with this purchase, go ahead and buy it. You will not be disappointed.
