The hanging tabs need reinforcing. I am sure the bag would have come down instead of opening if we hadn't reinforced with strong tape. (One tab came off after one hour of hanging.) Also a third of the balloons remained in the bag due to static electricity. The effect was good with the balloons that fell out of the bag.
