            Great product. I purchased this for a ballerina birthday party. It was a little pricey for just one use, however, if my daughter was a true ballerina and we did her room in that, then it would be perfect wall decor. The shoes were so large that they were a bit tricky to remove from the backing. They are sticker's so the are very flimsy. I recommend 2 people to remove and hang them. I have not removed them from the wall in our basement, so I do not know if they will take off paint or not.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

                You could try using a metal nail file or other small skinny object to begin to lift a corner from the backing.
