I tried a few photos before selecting the one I really wanted... when I submitted what I wanted I got another photo .... so it could be my photo was not good quality or it they chose the first sample photo... so my suggestion is don't save your photo you will need to load many photos to sample the one you want just don't save it .... Other then that nice gift really good quality color would recommend to others.
