This was a good quality banner. My only problem was the color was more of a purplish blue than a blue. I bought it to match the 1st all start birthday decorations but the color was a lot darker, but it has a good size for the price. Other than that I was pretty much satisfied with it. Took a little long to receive it in mail. Overall I was pretty happy with it.
