    When I have a birthday party either for my kids or friends, and I run out of Festooning, I order from here. It's easier than going out to look in the stores. They are reat for piñatas, which is what I use it for.

            Is it made of tissue paper? How durable is it? We would like to use it to put around the border of a float, to cover the transition from the fringe....

              A:

              Tissue Festooning is tissue paper. I would not recommend pulling on it or you will tear the strips off. It will become damaged if wet. This is what is used on floats.
