Expected starfish to be light in color and varied sizes. They were all yellow and not as they appear in the photo.(photo appears to be the bottom of the starfish which is lighter- not the top) They were still cute scattered on the tables at the reception but I have to admit I was a bit disappointed.

I should have read the fine print. 1 to 3 inches is small. We used them anyway but not for what we originally wanted to. This was the only place I could find anything like it on the web though.

I used these for my son's 4th Pirate themed party. They were a great added detail to the decorations. Only down side is the tips break easily so you just need to be gentle with them and because they are real if you get them right under your nose they are a bit smelly. I placed them on fish net on the wall and tables so guests didn't notice at all.

I am using this in a Sea Life themed baby shower and love starfish, however these are very fragile and no amount of packing materials seem to keep them from fraying in transit. I wish these were a bit more durably packaged to allow them to shine as they should.

    I would only recommend these if you're decorating for a themed event and only plan to have these in a very concentrated area.

    These were way smaller than I thought they'd be and since they are REAL starfish, they're especially fragile. A few broke apart and when the children saw them they wanted to play with them, but I had to advise them that they aren't toys and to place them back on the table. If you need these to take up a lot of space, you'll have to get A LOT more than you think since they're so small.

    I used these starfish to decorate tables and glue on to fish nets. They are very light so perfect for attaching to fish net, but they were smaller than expected. 4 or 5 larger ones (3"), the rest tiny (1-2"). And boy, do they smell like fish when you open the package. Make sure you air them out for a day or so before using and spray with febreeze. Smell gone then. Otherwise, GREAT!

We do not know how customs are for the country you have in question. You would need to contact customs for the area you will be traveling.
